1. Duty of Care and Reporting Malfunctions

The renter is required to properly lock the rented locker and carefully check that it is securely locked. Any malfunctions or damage must be reported immediately at the cash register.

2. Intended Use

The locker may be used exclusively for the storage of sports equipment.

3. Prohibition on Storing Food and Beverages

Due to the locker’s heating system, the storage of food and beverages is not permitted.

4. Prohibition on Subletting

Subletting or otherwise making the locker available to third parties is not permitted.

5. Permitted Number of Skis

Depending on the size of the rented locker, a maximum of one, two, or four pairs of skis may be stored.

6. Clearing Out the Locker

The locker must be completely cleared out by 4:30 p.m. at the latest on the day of departure. If the locker is found empty on the last day, it may be reassigned to new customers before 4:30 p.m. if necessary.

7. Landlord’s Right to Inspect

The landlord is entitled to open the locker for inspection purposes in justified or exceptional cases.

8. Opening the Locker

The locker will be opened only upon presentation of the receipt or corresponding proof of rental from the respective renter.

9. Early Termination and Refund of the Rental Fee

In the event of early termination of the rental agreement, there is generally no entitlement to a refund of the agreed-upon rental fee. A refund will be issued only in the event of a proven illness and/or accident, upon presentation of a corresponding medical certificate from a local doctor.

10.Online Booking and Cancellation Protection

When booking a locker online in conjunction with the rental of equipment, cancellation protection may be purchased. Cancellation protection can be purchased for an additional fee of 5% of the rental company’s list price. Reservations for which cancellation protection has been purchased may be canceled free of charge no later than two days before the reserved date. If no cancellation protection has been purchased, the reservation cannot be canceled.
