Questions & Answers
That depends on how many lockers are available when you arrive. In the low season, you will normally be allocated a locker as soon as you arrive. In the high season, a locker is guaranteed from 5.00 pm on the day of your booking; if a locker becomes available before then, you will of course be allocated one straight away.
On the final day, you may use the storage locker until 4.30 pm. If the locker is found to be empty on the final day during cleaning or a check, it will be allocated to the next customer upon request.
If you do not yet have a ski pass on arrival, we will provide you with a temporary pass. As soon as you have received your ski pass, you can have the passes reissued in your name.

Under normal circumstances, your shoes and gloves should be dry by the following day. Exceptions include gloves that have got very wet in the rain or snowboard boots that are not waterproof. We recommend that you take these with you and dry them with a hairdryer. Please speak to the ticket office directly if you have any problems of this kind, so that we can address the issue.
